I am a night shift nurse and these were perfect for helping me sleep during the day!!!

I purchased these to match a longer pair - I'm only using one of those to help block sound though a hollow-core bedroom door in a home office setting. These work well in combination with the roller shades to block light when I want to, and help a little with sound from outside as well.

Work great! Just a tiny bit of light comes through at the very top where the rings hang on the rod. Highly recommend!
